We would just like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the team from Simpson Homes for building such an exceptional house for us in Barnoldswick. Nothing was too much trouble for you and you went out of your way accommodate many changes for us.
The building as a whole is a work of art and even though it’s brand new, looks so in keeping with the rest of the landscape such that it’s a real asset to Barnoldswick. We love the dry stone walls which have been built to an exacting standard that is rarely seen these days.
As well, the interior fit out was of a high quality and met our expectations.
We can highly recommend Simpson Homes to any potential buyers looking for quality properties.

Every day, I can honestly say I walk around my home with a feeling of pure gratitude.
We as a family know we are very fortunate to live in such a bright and spacious new build, but feel extra lucky to have been involved with the project from Day 1. From reserving our plot until the day we moved in we were kept informed, open to ask questions and we were always responded to.
Our builder has been considerate and conscientious, and above all he showed he cared; guiding us along the way, sharing advice and his welcomed opinion. We were invited on site for updates which made it all the more exciting, and kept everything on track. The house has been built to an exceptional standard and we have had nothing but compliments on the quality and finishing touches. We are so grateful to the whole team who put in their all, to develop a faultless, beautiful house which we call home.

"We would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Simpson Homes for a wonderful home.
The design and finish is first class and every visitor is 'wowed' by the overall luxury specification and finish.
Simpson fully executed on our extra requests and offered diplomatic advice on some of weirder ideas to guide us in a sensible direction.
Communication was excellent throughout the build process and the resultant – very small – snagging list was quickly and efficiently addressed.
Many thanks to Dean and his team for the successful delivery for what we hope will be our 'forever home'.

We are absolutely delighted with our new home. From the minute we reserved our plot, Dean kept us informed and involved with every step of the process.
We really liked that we were invited to view the progress of the build regularly and felt very involved from day one.
The overall quality of our new home is incredible. We are so impressed and there have been no corners skipped. Our previous house was also a new build but from a big corporate company and the difference in quality is incomparable.
Communication with Dean has always been great, answering any questions quickly. The whole team have been fantastic to deal with and we would recommend to anyone.
