We love our new house. It has a cosy cottage feel and at the same time is light and spacious. The outer stonework looks great and the internal fit is excellent.
The quality of the build is impressive. The garden is bigger than we expected, which was a good surprise.
We spent a long time looking for a house and finally bought our Simpson home off-plan, which at the time felt risky. Now that we are living here we feel very lucky and don't think we could have found anything we would have liked more.

The building as a whole is a work of art and even though it’s brand new, looks so in keeping with the rest of the landscape such that it’s a real asset to Barnoldswick. We love the dry stone walls which have been built to an exacting standard that is rarely seen these days.
As well, the interior fit out was of a high quality and met our expectations.
We can highly recommend Simpson Homes to any potential buyers looking for quality properties.
